2 COMPARATIVE dreams

 

Proverbs 27:23

King James Version

23 Be thou diligent to know the state of thy flocks, 

and look well to thy herds.

Strangest things I dreamt this morning.

Thanks to the HOLY SPIRIT Who saw fit to wake me up a second time this morning, with two dreams yet!

That I'd wake up fresh, and record it for this post.

FIRST, a dream about feeding the family.

Mom, sister, nephew, and niece were there.

So were other people I don't remember, maybe a guest, or two.

The desire being to feed all of them.

I had bought food earlier, but didn't realize we needed more.

So I assigned tech-savvy niece to order online from her app.

She wasn't able to, for some reason.

Next, I assigned nephew to do so.

Neither could he.

They both had some excuse.

What to do?

I better go out and search for more food myself.

Turned out there were lots of festivals and feasts everywhere.

Restaurants/bars were packed.

I was thinking of getting a large pizza.

So I headed for this place and ordered one.

They looked at me strangely.

They could not fulfill my order.

I had gone to a place called "Peach Pie".

And wanted to order a pizza "pie".

My mistake.

SECOND dream showed me wanting to point out a few things to some community members.

I was looking for a place to write, a blackboard or something.

There was none to be found.

So I took out some tiny posters from the wall, and found some white chalk, and started writing on the blank wall.

I went to the first "issue" right away, which I had written on some light green, tiny towel.

Like why be paid 194.75 pesos each, when it could be rounded off to 195?

Or if they wanted, why not 200 flat?

Easier to give/count for everyone.

The women liked the 200.

Then a bunch of college colleagues came by holding gifts of 5-peso-coins, which was laid in various stacks, on some surface.

(The number "5" stands for "GRACE OR GOD's GOODNESS".)

I was pleased; we can add that to the community fund!

I was also going to assign each, who brought, to do the "counting".

Then a white-haired woman said something to me:

"I told you, you're a leader!"

That merely got me writing more stuff on the makeshift blackboard.

What I found from these two comparative dreams is this:

It was easier organizing a community meeting,

and getting things done,

than buying food for the family.

I was getting helped by community members.

In the dream, the family didn't participate as much.

Was it because work I did for the community was like "food for the soul"?

And that feeding an uninterested family was merely "food for the body"?

Seems to be.

This exercise is merely an example of what it means to work for the HOLY SPIRIT.

And to listen to His prompts.

He gives you ideas.

He inspires creativity.

He makes everything fun.

He puts sense into seemingly ordinary things.

All because GOD made me born again six years ago in 2019.

And have since been instructed by SPIRIT what to think, say, write, and do.

Even my dreams are His.

He taught me to follow the LORD JESUS' ways.

JESUS is the pattern for PEACE, PURITY, and PERFECTION.

You have no idea what fun is, unless you're guided by SPIRIT each moment.

You will often break into a smile, or laughter.

With secrets known only to both of you.

And mind you, His prompts are astounding, and super workable.

Because He uses what He gave you, right from the start.

He merely taps what He already created you for.

Go find out what that is for you.

I've found mine.

Lastly, here are some relevant, and instructive, verses SPIRIT gave me, pertaining to the two dreams.

Interestingly, the number "2" kept showing up this morning:

-- SPIRIT woke me up TWICE.

-- He gave me TWO dreams.

-- Sometime along the way, I noticed the time, 2:22 a.m.

So I searched Ed F. Vallowe's "Keys to Scripture Numerics".

The number "2" stood for "UNION, DIVISION, WITNESSING":

"TWO came to stand for strengthening, for confirmation, 

for redoubled courage and energy."

"Always this number TWO meant augmented strength, 

redoubled energy, confirmed power."

TEST of leadership

 Lamentations 3:40

King James Version

40 Let us search and try our ways, 

and turn again to the Lord.

No wonder GOD wanted me to keep writing about Trump.

Which I did yesterday.

The 10-day-old leadership of president Trump was to be tested.

As well as the five-day-old leadership of Pete Hegseth, the new defense secretary.

Not to mention the day-old leadership of Sean Duffy, the new transportation secretary.

A commercial plane and military helicopter collided yesterday.

The airliner carried 64 on board; the chopper, three.

At least 28 bodies were recovered.

Many believe no one could have survived the impact and explosion in mid-air.

Neither the freezing, choppy waters of the Potomac.

CBN News reports the water temperature was at least 35 degrees F.

35 °F is equal to 1.67 °C

We commiserate with the families of all who may have lost their lives.

It's especially poignant, considering their plane was already preparing to land.

Something that happened a month ago, with the south Korean incident.

Should people be afraid to fly now?

No -- our lives are in GOD's hand alone.

Job 12:9-10

9 Who knoweth not in all these 

that the hand of the Lord hath wrought this?

10 In whose hand is the soul of every living thing, 

and the breath of all mankind.

A true tragedy in the early throes of the renewed Trump administration.

Reminding me of a tragedy that faced my own Philippine president, Benigno Aquino III, after he just sat in office on 30 June 2010.

Barely two months in office, he, too, got a "baptism of fire".

A disgruntled police officer took 25 hostages in a bus, 20 of whom were tourists.

"The Philippine and Hong Kong governments conducted separate investigations into the incident. Both inquiries concluded that the Philippine officials' poor handling of the situation caused the eight hostages' deaths."

The first thing that came to mind?

President Aquino was being tested for his "leadership".

Now, it's happening with president Trump, and his two newly-confirmed cabinet members.

I mean, what are the chances that he, and his two men (relevant to the incident), would be tested so early on?

In any major leadership, crucial "tests" are given.

Somehow, I know how Trump would handle it.

With heart, firmness, and common sense.

Strangely, the American Airline incident directly involved the  Federal Aviation Administration, too.

Trump's press secretary, Karoline Leavitt, just mentioned the FAA in her FIRST press briefing two days ago.

That was her opening at the briefing, talking about the "drones" over New Jersey, silencing all qualms, and conspiracy theories.

As if by GOD's design, we also just mentioned the FAA in our article yesterday.

This will test Leavitt's leadership, too, for she will be busy addressing questions from hereon.

Even as the president already did today.

All these, I was made to "witness".

THANKS to the HOLY SPIRIT.

Who keeps leading me, inspiring me, and teaching me.

I really must keep writing about Trump.

It's the assignment GOD had given me.

Is GOD keeping us all "sharp"?

That, I am wont to believe.

Now, Hegseth, and Duffy's, will look into their departments.

Yesterday, president Trump blamed air traffic control.

Today, the DEI issue came up.

Expect Trump to be rid of that, completely.

Trump said he made reforms after Obama's presidency.

But Biden reformed his reforms.

And now, Trump reformed it again three days ago,

Knowing the president, he will make sure an incident such as this never happens again.

GOD-willing, it won't.

The air space in D.C. is very busy.

Trump, in his usual common sense, questioned why the plane, and helicopter, were on the same level, and direction.

Arthur Rosenberg, an aviation attorney and former pilot, felt the same way, too.

As the president gave his initial statement last night, I thought to myself he won't let this pass, without an uproar.

He cannot bear lives lost, because of ineptness.

After all, who could be the busiest "flier" than Trump?

He has his own TRUMP plane.

Now, he's got back his Air Force One presidential plane.

Not to mention his Marine One helicopter.

Of course, I expected his critics to forget that.

They sure did, as they "attacked" him at the presscon.

JUST wondering

 Ephesians 6:10-12

10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, 

and in the power of his might.

11 Put on the whole armour of God, 

that ye may be able to stand 

against the wiles of the devil.

12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, 

but against principalities, against powers, 

against the rulers of the darkness of this world, 

against spiritual wickedness in high places.

I'm not into conspiracy theories.

I merely connect the dots, through the HOLY SPIRIT's prompt.

More often than not, as I write an article, other articles are spawned.

I merely follow SPIRIT's lead.

Such as when we ended yesterday's article with:

"America is on the road to recovery with the Trump team.

Nation-wise, militarily, economically, and spiritually.

CHRIST's enemy knows that.

Precisely why he placed obstacles before them.

And that's for another post."

This article you're reading now is that "post".

The trigger actually came right at the start of the Mike Johnson video, when he prayed for the victims at Louisiana.

Wherein a military guy plowed through Bourbon Street.

Killing 15, and injuring dozens of people.

RIGHT at that moment, I began to wonder if it was connected to a recent cybertruck explosion:

Are these "coincidences"?

FIRST, the car-ramming in Louisiana, which happened to be Speaker Johnson's home state. It happened just days before he was to be voted in Congress.

SECOND, the blowing up of the Tesla cybertruck, in front of the Trump hotel. Tesla's Elon Musk, and president-elect Trump, are pretty close. Trump's inauguration draws close.

THIRD, both perpetrators are military men; both American citizens. What pushed them over the edge?

FOURTH, both came from Fort Bragg.

FIFTH, both didn't mind perishing (the first perished through police gunfire; the second was self-inflicted).

SIXTH, both seemed to have marriage problems.

Are these two random events, or are these connected?

Were they meant to warn the TRUMP team?

Is there a larger picture here?

What made these men "fall off"?

We are not into conjecture either.

We wait for the investigator's findings.

We shall know more as the days evolve.

We add videos below as they show up each day.

But we do know this -- Satan continues to menace.

Either to cause panic, fear, confusion, deception, hatred, anger, death, and destruction.

Those are his "fingerprints".

BEWARE his ways, and intentions:

BEYOND peripheral VISION

1 Samuel 3:1

3 And the child Samuel ministered unto the Lord before Eli. 

And the word of the Lord was precious in those days; 

there was no open vision.

Once a reader of new age material, I prided myself in having "peripheral" vision.

It's "seeing" from "outside the corner of one's eyes".

I thought that was the right way to "see".

Of course, new age makes you think you're more than you really are.

Well, soon as GOD made me born again in 2019, I began to see differently.

Starting with losing all sense of "self".

My vision truly expanded.

I began to see beyond the peripheral.

I began to see , and become aware of "others".

Their plight, their needs, my sins against them.

When you really start "seeing", the latter is the most painful of all.

But it's something you have to go through.

That's what automatically happens when GOD makes you born again.

FIRST, you receive a "humbling".

SECOND, the "forgiveness"

THIRD, the "anointing".

You begin to finally "see", as GOD wants you to see.

Your vision is not clouded anymore.

You begin to understand, and grasp things, through Scripture.

The WORD of GOD becomes your ONE, TRUE GUIDE.

You begin to appreciate everything GOD gave you.

You begin to acknowledge all your sins.

You realize self is not as important as new age says it should be.

I never thought I was the center of the universe.

I always thought the sun was.

Even that was corrected.

Only GOD is the center of the UNIVERSE.

Concern goes beyond self.

You begin to truly care about others.

Love becomes "unconditional".

Because JESUS taught us that.

That's what it means to go BEYOND peripheral vision.

Now, you have SPIRIT and SPIRITUAL vision.

You are now being taught by the HOLY SPIRIT.

He teaches you about GOD, self, and others.

He teaches you about GOD's commands.

He teaches you about JESUS.

He tells you of past, present, and future.

He answers all the questions you have.

As born again, you see who you really are.

You see others for who they really are.

You see the world for what it really is.

You see GOD for Who He Is.

You see JESUS for Who He Is.

You see SPIRIT for Who He Is.

You see Scripture for what it is.

Nothing is withheld from you anymore.

As born again, you see beyond the norm, the usual, the programmed.

It's like, all of a sudden, you don't need to "wear" glasses anymore.

Now, you see through the LENS of the HOLY SPIRIT.

Your "vision" has become perfect!

Or, at least, being perfected.

Now, nothing is being hidden from you.

Scripture tells us all we need to know.

That's why I marvel, and write like crazy.

We have created 110 blogs, as of this writing.

Those blogs explore, and expand, on our Bible discoveries.

As my vision expanded. so did my understanding of GOD's laws.

Now, you don't need to see through "philosophy".

Or what man thinks you "should" focus on.

Now, all you care about is that SPIRIT makes you "see".

You don't need intellect, as much as you need a childlike heart.

As a teen, I came across this quote from "The Little Prince":

"It is only in the heart that one can see rightly, 

what is essential is invisible to the eye".

Today, I reflect upon it.

And discover HALF of it is right.

It is not "in the heart" that makes us see rightly.

It is only "through SPIRIT" that one can see "rightly".

1 Corinthians 2:10

for the Spirit searcheth all things, 

yea, the deep things of God.

And yes, Exupery was HALF right, too.

"What is essential is invisible to the eye".

John 4:24

24 God is a Spirit: 

and they that worship him 

must worship him in spirit and in truth.

JESUS said these of the HOLY SPIRIT:

John 3:8

8 The wind bloweth where it listeth, 

and thou hearest the sound thereof, 

but canst not tell whence it cometh, 

and whither it goeth: 

so is every one that is born of the Spirit.

John 14:17

17 Even the Spirit of truth;

Apostle Paul speaks of the "unseen":

Pray to be born again.

You have no idea what you're missing out on.

I champion the cause of being BORN AGAIN.

Not in the way many elite, or prosperity churches have abused it.

But in the way that JESUS defined it.

John 3:3-7

3 Jesus answered and said unto him, 

Verily, verily, I say unto thee, 

Except a man be born again, 

he cannot see the kingdom of God.

4 Nicodemus saith unto him, 

How can a man be born when he is old? 

can he enter the second time 

into his mother's womb, and be born?

Verily, verily, I say unto thee, 

Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, 

he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; 

and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, 

Ye must be born again.

Only through GOD's LOVE, and GRACE, do I have clear vision.

Otherwise, I couldn't write as I do.

Much less understand Scripture, as I have.

I'm done with peripheral vision.

It is limited.

GOD isn't.

TRIMMING the LAMP

 

Matthew 25:6-7

6 And at midnight there was a cry made, 

Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him.

7 Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps.

I had no idea the significance of "trimming" the lamp.

I had been doing it nearly three years now.

Every single day, several times a day.

Lighting a candle, in honor of my baby sis.

And trimming the wick, every so often.

Spurgeon declares that, as "High Priest", JESUS would "trim" the lamps.

He also said mentioned in a video another set of "trimmers":

"These Philistines have intruded into our temple

under the pretense of trimming our lamps

but their aim is to put them out."

I didn't realize my trimming the wick every so often had any spiritual significance at all.

I thought it was just plain common sense, to make the candle burn better, brighter, and longer.

I had been doing it long enough, to know it actually works.

Now, SPIRIT and Scripture, gave new dimension to my every day task.

As warrior, writer, and watchman, I am tasked to share the gospel

To tell you that JESUS is the LIGHT.

That we need Him in this dark world.

That only through JESUS can we do anything.

John 15:5

5 I am the vine, 

ye are the branches: 

He that abideth in me, and I in him, 

the same bringeth forth much fruit: 

for without me ye can do nothing.

Through Scripture, my readers would have REAL hope in JESUS.

They will not fear; but trust the LORD.

They will understand GOD is in control of everything.

They will also know who is trying to put their lamps "out".

I also learned a few more things about lamp "trimmers".

How vital their task was.

"In the days when light came from burning oil in lamps, a vessel at sea needed crewmen to constantly care for the lamps. This care involved trimming the wick, which drew the oil up from the storage reservoir, so that the flame would be clean and bright."

I was also right in doing what I was doing.

Trimming the wick, and all that.

"The end of the wick of an oil lamp needs to be cut off periodically to avoid having it become clogged with carbon deposits. The wick height is also adjusted so that the flame burns evenly and gives good light without producing a lot of smoke."

Sometimes, it's mundane tasks that have great significance.

Because a born again is wont to view it differently.

Through the LENS of the HOLY SPIRIT.

We connect everything through Scripture.

That's how precious the Bible is.

It tells you about GOD.

About JESUS.

About SPIRIT.

About the world.

About the enemy.

About others.

And about you.

AREAS of vulnerability

 Ephesians 6:12 

King James Version

12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, 

but against principalities, 

against powers, 

against the rulers of the darkness of this world, 

against spiritual wickedness in high places.

How are believers, and non-believers, being attacked?

Where are our areas of vulnerability?

How do we counter demonic attacks?

Believers, and non-believers are being attacked every moment.

Whether people acknowledge it or not, the fact remains we are all in spiritual battle.

With the perpetrator being CHRIST's enemy.

Many don't believe the latter exists but he sure does.

When you have been in the thick of battle as long as this workman has been, you can't deny the enemy's methods, and existence.

Half the battle is won, if you acknowledge Satan exists.

The rest of victory belong to the born again, through JESUS.

Proof the enemy exists?

The LORD saw Satan fall from the sky.

Luke 10:18

18 And he said unto them, 

I beheld Satan as lightning 

fall from heaven.

Satan's days being short, you can expect MASSIVE attack.

Revelation 12:12

12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, 

and ye that dwell in them. 

Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! 

for the devil is come down unto you, 

having great wrath, 

because he knoweth that he 

hath but a short time.

Here are his areas of attack, which the HOLY SPIRIT led me to today.

FOOD

FACE

FORM

FASHION

FAMILY

FINANCE

FORNICATION

FUTURE

Of course, this is but a small sampling of such.

Many we've addressed through various blogs, and books.

As counterpart to these areas of vulnerability, we searched Scripture for verses that conform to GOD's will.

In place of man's will, and desire.

So, let's begin:

FOOD

Many are into food, gluttony, and vanity.

Food shows, and competitions, are rampant.

Chefs are in great demand.

Restaurants, and cafes, have boomed.

Tourism and the hospitality industry is super active all over the world.

Online food delivery is at an all-time high.

Many are fixated, and preoccupied, with food.

But what did Moses say in the Old Testament?

Deuteronomy 8:2-3

King James Version

2 And thou shalt remember all the way 

which the Lord thy God led thee 

these forty years in the wilderness, 

to humble thee, 

and to prove thee, 

to know what was in thine heart, 

whether thou wouldest 

keep his commandments, 

or no.

3 And he humbled thee, 

and suffered thee to hunger, 

and fed thee with manna, 

which thou knewest not, 

neither did thy fathers know; 

that he might make thee know 

that man doth not live by bread only, 

but by every word that proceedeth 

out of the mouth of the Lord doth man live.

Deuteronomy 8:16

16 Who fed thee in the wilderness with manna, 

which thy fathers knew not, 

that he might humble thee, 

and that he might prove thee, 

to do thee good at thy latter end;

In consonance with those verses, JESUS declared this:

John 6:35

35 And Jesus said unto them, 

I am the bread of life: 

he that cometh to me shall never hunger; 

and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.

Food was meant to nourish, so we may not perish.

It was not meant to be the main focus of our existence.

We must eat to live, and not live to eat.

Beyond food is JESUS, the BREAD of LIFE.

And GOD, the LIVING WATERS.

As born again, we put food in its proper place, and perspective.

Proverbs 15:17

17 Better is a dinner of herbs where love is, 

than a stalled ox and hatred therewith.

FACE

Many are beholden to their own beauty, both men, and women.

They aim to attract, distract, and destruct.

If you're an adult, you already know the pitfalls.

And yet look at how our LORD JESUS CHRIST showed up:

Isaiah 53:2-4

King James Version

2 For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, 

and as a root out of a dry ground: 

he hath no form nor comeliness; 

and when we shall see him, 

there is no beauty that we should desire him.

3 He is despised and rejected of men; 

a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: 

and we hid as it were our faces from him; 

he was despised, and we esteemed him not.

4 Surely he hath borne our griefs, 

and carried our sorrows: 

yet we did esteem him stricken, 

smitten of God, and afflicted.

Look at what GOD declared:

1 Samuel 16:7

7 But the Lord said unto Samuel, 

Look not on his countenance, 

or on the height of his stature; 

because I have refused him: 

for the Lord seeth not as man seeth; 

for man looketh on the outward appearance, 

but the Lord looketh on the heart.

King Solomon had this to say:

Ecclesiastes 1:2

2 Vanity of vanities, saith the Preacher, 

vanity of vanities; 

all is vanity.

FORM 

As with face, many are beholden to their form, and figure.

Aiming to be the fittest, fairest, and most desirable.

With many having the intent of enticing, seducing, and destroying.

Much as many would not admit to.

Why "destroying"?

Because man has no idea the pitfalls of flesh.

Through woman, Satan has tempted man to sin.

The reverse is also true.

Flesh is not acceptable in the kingdom of GOD.

Romans 3:20

20 Therefore by the deeds of the law 

there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: 

for by the law is the knowledge of sin.

1 Corinthians 1:29-30

King James Version

29 That no flesh glory in his presence.

FASHION

It's been big business as far back as we can remember.

Fashion is flimsy, fleeting, and flitting.

It can cause you to lose many a dime, as you go for trends.

Does fashion matter so much, really?

All I care about is comfortable, durable, decent wear to keep me protected from sun, rain, and bugs.

Doesn't make sense to dress seductively.

We'll attract a different kind of bug.

A pest of a perverse sort.

Now, why would a true born again ever focus on fashion?

Why would we need accoutrements, or accessories?

A born again delights in being simple, fully-focused on the LORD.

I look to my DEAREST LORD JESUS at the cross, and grieve at how they have treated my LORD.

Matthew 27:35

35 And they crucified him, 

and parted his garments, 

casting lots: 

that it might be fulfilled 

which was spoken by the prophet, 

They parted my garments among them, 

and upon my vesture did they cast lots.

John 19:23-24

23 Then the soldiers, 

when they had crucified Jesus, 

took his garments, 

and made four parts, 

to every soldier a part; 

and also his coat: 

now the coat was without seam, 

woven from the top throughout.

24 They said therefore among themselves, 

Let us not rend it, but cast lots for it, 

whose it shall be: 

that the scripture might be fulfilled, 

which saith, 

They parted my raiment among them, 

and for my vesture they did cast lots. 

These things therefore the soldiers did.

A born again looks to JESUS for everything.

He set the path and pattern for our lives.

He lived the life we must live.

In complete OBEDIENCE to GOD, always loving the FATHER.

In JESUS is truth, glory, life, light, love, wisdom, and salvation.

How can I follow anyone else, but the LORD?

FAMILY

How are families being attacked?

Through confusion, adultery, fornication.

Confusion in genders.

Adultery in parents.

Fornication in the youth.

How to combat attacks on the family?

Moses tells us how:

Deuteronomy 11:1

11 Therefore thou shalt love the Lord thy God, 

and keep his charge, 

and his statutes, 

and his judgments, 

and his commandments, 

alway.

Deuteronomy 11:19-21

19 And ye shall teach them your children, 

speaking of them when thou sittest in thine house, 

and when thou walkest by the way, 

when thou liest down, 

and when thou risest up.

20 And thou shalt write them 

upon the door posts of thine house, 

and upon thy gates:

21 That your days may be multiplied, 

and the days of your children, 

in the land which the Lord sware unto your fathers 

to give them, as the days of heaven 

upon the earth.

JESUS tells us how:

Mark 12:28-31

Which is the first commandment of all?

29 And Jesus answered him, 

The first of all the commandments is, 

Hear, O Israel;

with all thy heart, 

and with all thy soul, 

and with all thy mind, 

and with all thy strength: 

this is the first commandment.

31 And the second is like, namely this, 

Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. 

There is none other commandment 

greater than these.

John 13:34

34 A new commandment I give unto you, 

That ye love one another; as I have loved you, 

that ye also love one another.

FINANCE

When we say "finance", we are referring to money.

We all know how the world is beholden to it.

We also know the wide gap between rich and poor.

What did Moses say, in behalf of the LORD?

Deuteronomy 15:7-11

of one of thy brethren within any of thy gates 

in thy land which the Lord thy God giveth thee, 

thou shalt not harden thine heart, 

nor shut thine hand from thy poor brother:

8 But thou shalt open thine hand wide unto him, 

and shalt surely lend him sufficient for his need, 

in that which he wanteth.

9 Beware that there be not a thought 

in thy wicked heart, saying, 

The seventh year, 

the year of release, is at hand; 

and thine eye be evil against thy poor brother, 

and thou givest him nought; 

and he cry unto the Lord against thee, 

and it be sin unto thee.

10 Thou shalt surely give him, 

and thine heart shall not be grieved 

when thou givest unto him: 

because that for this thing the Lord thy God 

shall bless thee in all thy works, 

and in all that thou puttest thine hand unto.

11 For the poor shall never cease out of the land: 

therefore I command thee, saying, 

Thou shalt open thine hand wide 

unto thy brother, 

to thy poor, 

and to thy needy, 

in thy land.

JESUS was also clear:

Matthew 6:24-34

Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

Take no thought for your life, 

what ye shall eat,

what ye shall put on. 

Is not the life more than meat, 

and the body than raiment?

yet your heavenly Father feedeth them.

can add one cubit unto his stature?

Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.

FORNICATION

Wickedness has always prevailed in the world.

Many think nothing of committing fornication.

Many are not even aware they do.

But everything you see in this world, through couplehood, culture, and cinema promote fornication.

Susceptible are unmarried couples, and married people with other partners.

Surely not a sterling example we give the very young.

It is the young we need to protect from such abhorrent practices.

It is our duty to protect them from harm, by our doing no harm first.

Marriage is sacred.

What does the Bible say about the body, and fornication?

1 Corinthians 6:13

13 Meats for the belly, and the belly for meats: 

but God shall destroy both it and them. 

Now the body is not for fornication, 

but for the Lord; 

and the Lord for the body.

1 Corinthians 6:15

15 Know ye not that your bodies 

are the members of Christ?

 shall I then take the members of Christ, 

and make them the members of an harlot? 

God forbid.

1 Corinthians 6:19-20

19 What? 

know ye not that your body 

is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, 

which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?

20 For ye are bought with a price: 

therefore glorify God in your body, 

and in your spirit, which are God's.

FUTURE

Many are afraid of the future.

Many don't know what to expect.

Many don't even know if one will exist.

Many are lost, and anxious.

Many have misguided fears.

Many are purposely kept in the dark.

Many don't care, either.

But know these:

In JESUS is GRACE, and TRUTH.

John 1:17

17 For the law was given by Moses, 

but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.

In JESUS is PEACE.

John 14:27

27 Peace I leave with you, 

my peace I give unto you: 

not as the world giveth, give I unto you. 

Let not your heart be troubled, 

neither let it be afraid.

In JESUS is SALVATION.

Acts 4:12

12 Neither is there salvation in any other: 

for there is none other name under heaven 

given among men, whereby we must be saved.

In SPIRIT is LIBERTY.

2 Corinthians 3:17

17 Now the Lord is that Spirit: 

and where the Spirit of the Lord is, 

there is liberty.

In GOD is LOVE.

1 John 4:7-10

7 Beloved, let us love one another: 

for love is of God; 

and every one that loveth is born of God,

for God is love.

9 In this was manifested the love of God toward us, 

because that God sent

In Scripture is prophecy.

2 Peter 1:19-21

whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, 

as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, 

until the day dawn, 

and the day star arise in your hearts:

20 Knowing this first, 

that no prophecy of the scripture

by the will of man: 

but holy men of God spake 

as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.

In Scripture is instruction.

2 Timothy 3:16-17

16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, 

and is profitable for doctrine, 

for reproof, 

for correction, 

for instruction in righteousness:

17 That the man of God may be perfect, 

thoroughly furnished unto all good works.

A born again has no fear of the future.

Our delight is in the imminence of the Rapture.

On the second coming of CHRIST.

On the "coming down" of the NEW JERUSALEM.

But we do have a RIGHTFUL FEAR of the LORD.

We acknowledge JESUS as our ONE, TRUE LORD.

We delight in Him, and pray that SPIRIT guide us to be FREE of sin.

In place of worldly food, face, form, fashion, family, finance, fornication, and future, look into what SPIRIT and Scripture teach.

Every time you think of self, and desires, think upon what John the Baptist said of JESUS, and himself:

John 3:30

30 He must increase, 

but I must decrease.

Think also upon what JESUS said:

Matthew 5:8

8 Blessed are the pure in heart: 

for they shall see God.

Think upon the LORD's cross:

1 Corinthians 2:2

2 For I determined 

not to know any thing among you, 

save Jesus Christ, 

and him crucified.

Think upon SPIRIT:

Galatians 5:24-26

24 And they that are Christ's 

have crucified the flesh 

with the affections and lusts.

25 If we live in the Spirit, 

let us also walk in the Spirit.

26 Let us not be desirous of vain glory, 

provoking one another, 

envying one another.

Think upon the ONLY THING that will remain:

Matthew 24:35

35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, 

but my words shall not pass away.

The true born again knows what to focus on.

Colossians 3:1-2

3 If ye then be risen with Christ, 

seek those things which are above, 

where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God.

2 Set your affection on things above, 

not on things on the earth.
