8 Be sober,
be vigilant;
because your adversary the devil,
as a roaring lion,
walketh about,
seeking whom he may devour:
People laugh,
thinking I’m nuts.
The common cold,
is so common.
That people think,
nothing of it.
It’s just cough,
it’s just phlegm.
No, no,
nothing at all.
I’ll lick this problem,
the medicines will do it.
In the meantime,
they’re wracked with cough.
Their head feels clogged,
their lungs feel congested.
The destroyer smiles,
the deed’s been done.
